Since 2006, Irontiger has helped everyday Hills District families build real confidence and character under Head Coach Master Dianne Carn, Commonwealth Champion and Gold Medallist — the same coaching that’s also produced genuine Australian Team athletes along the way. Every student trains toward something bigger than a black belt: real confidence, real character, and — through our Academic Coaching Pathway — real mentorship for school, study and career.

Every Irontiger coach holds a recognised Australian Taekwondo coaching qualification, is fully insured, and has completed a Working with Children Check — so you can relax knowing exactly who’s teaching your child. And because many of our coaches are also teachers, engineers, doctors, dentists and lawyers, every student is mentored by people who’ve genuinely built the careers they’ll one day pursue.

Since 2006, Irontiger has been led by Head Coach Master Dianne Carn — 6th Dan Black Belt, Commonwealth Champion and Gold Medallist, and two-time winner of Australian Small Business of the Year. But what we’ve built here was never just about producing champions, though we’ve helped train genuine Australian Team athletes too. It’s about character — built through real Taekwondo, and two real pathways: elite competition, or coaching and leadership, whichever fits the student in front of us.
What’s always set us apart is that our coaches aren’t just black belts — they’re teachers, engineers, doctors and lawyers who chose to keep coaching. Through our Academic Coaching Pathway, that real-world experience becomes genuine mentorship in study, school and career — helping every student become who they’re capable of becoming, on the mat and off it.
Irontiger provides classes for children as young as 3 years old through to teens, adults, competition students and advanced athletes — every one of them on a path to becoming a leader, not just a black belt.
